Olive Oils & More Order and Shipping PoliciesOrders Orders can be placed online at any time for your convenience. Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. You may also call us at (618) 656-4645 to place a telephone order during normal business hours. You may contact our store at any time to inquire about your order. You may also review your order status and order history in their My Account profile. We ship as soon as possible; however please allow at least 5 days for receipt of your order if placed Tuesday through Friday, 7 days if orders are placed on the weekend or Mondays. If your item is out of stock, you will be contacted via email regarding the anticipated ship date. At this time we cannot ship items outside of the United States. Payment and Sales Tax Olive Oils & More accepts credit card payments from Visa, Master Card and Discover. We are located in the state of Illinois and are required to collect Illinois sales tax on all orders regardless of the shipping address. Shipping Orders placed before 2pm central time during normal business hours Tuesday through Friday will be shipped the same day. All other orders will be shipped the next business day. Cancellations We ship our orders as quickly as possible and therefore we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order please call us ASAP at (618) 656-4645 and we will do our best to cancel your order. If your order has already shipped, please see our Returns policy. Returns and Exchanges Our Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars are bottled at the time of your order and are not eligible for return. For all other items, simply call us within 14 days of receipt of the item for return authorization. Your return authorization is valid for 10 days. Upon receipt of your return, Olive Oils & More will issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase. Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded; all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against lost or damage.
